Analysis of facade performance

The structure is notable for its distinctive design: a transparent cubic volume measuring 135 meters in length, 40 meters in width, and approximately 25 meters in height, elevated 15 meters above the ground. This cube rests on two cores, creating a floating effect above the entrance area. Beneath the cube, an undulating concrete structure forms the column-free foyer, enhancing the building's architectural appeal.

The headquarters' location offers direct access to the bay, a causeway, and Arcapita Park, integrating it seamlessly into the surrounding urban landscape. Its design reflects connections to the water, with a sculptural base that creates a rhythmic plinth for the rectilinear building above.

As an anchor development in Bahrain Bay, the Arcapita Headquarters exemplifies modern architectural design while contributing to the area's urban redevelopment.
