The ground floor primarily accommodates public amenities such as the reception area, bar, restaurant, shop, and direct access to the auditorium and conference rooms. The three upper building sections house laboratories, offices, and delivery facilities.

The landscaped spaces integrated into the gaps between the structures are designed as walkways, terraces, gardens, and meeting points, forming a connected circulation system. These areas interact with each other, transforming a walk through the building into a unique experience.

The glass roof provides weather protection for these movement and gathering spaces, enabling year-round use. This creates a variety of options, such as open terraces, outdoor meeting rooms, spaces for working in a natural setting, or simply enjoying a coffee while exchanging ideas.
